This is a minor update but pretty important as it prevents a number of particularly egregious crashes that were introduced several versions ago and that went unnoticed.

v. 2.9.9 (dev build 6.3) changes:

• Fixed missing dialogue caused by a wrong character check
• Added missing line breaks to some merchant dialogue
• Fixed a crash when inspecting combat items that was introduced by infusions
• Corrected some text errors
• Added developer commands to lock or kill individual party members
